On board was Little Oscar, a short person actor from the northern IL area who was THE Little Oscar for years. Also appearing was Uncle Johnny Coons, a Chicago TV personality who read the newspaper comics to kids during the noon hour. We got our whistles and were able to look inside the Weinermobile.
